A stereoscope is a device for viewing a stereoscopic pair of separate images, depicting left-eye and right-eye views of the same scene, as a single three-dimensional image.

The Stereoscope Antiquus combines beauty, practicality, and originality with an ornate art-deco instrument and box. Simply insert the pair of images in the magnifier slot and prepare your eyes to properly focus on each image.

The included stereoscopic images are taken from famous pieces of art. Imagine seeing Rembrandt's " The Anatomy Lesson" or Van Gogh's "Starry Night" as a complex stereoscopic image. Each slide comes with a detailed account of the image and history of the creator. You can also create your own stereoscopic images by following the included DIY instructions.

Size: The Stereoscope Antiquus measures 5 x 13 x 14.5 cm (1.97 x 5.12 x 5.71 inches).
