The Chef's Kitchen: Fresh Herb Prints Set
A gorgeous set of vintage herb prints, perfect for that gallery wall you have been dreaming about in your kitchen!
The original art for these prints is from “Kohler’s Medicinal Plants”, a rare German medicinal guide published by Franz Eugen Köhler in 1887. The illustrations are by artists Walther Otto Müller and Carl Friedrich Schmidt. The set includes illustrations of common herbs, Salvia officinalis (Sage), Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary), Thymus vulgaris (Thyme) and Piper nigrum (Black pepper).
The art is digitally printed on high quality acid free and archival matte paper. Each set is packaged in a rigid envelope and includes information with the history of the art.
Curious Prints creates high quality reproductions of your favourite vintage art. The company was born in 2010 and is the creation of Louisiana born designer Kate Faulk. What started as an outlet to share the vintage images she loved so much has grown into a lifestyle brand. "I have always been fascinated by birds, insects, the creepy crawly things I came across as a kid.
