A Winter Crafternoon: Hand Painted Ornaments

Gather your friends and slip away to the Curiosa Common Room for a festive, grown-up morning of oranment decorating (ages 16+). From 11am to 12:30pm, we’ll be embracing the quiet magic of the season as each participant receives four papier-mâché ornaments - two vintage-style baubles and two shimmering stars - ready to be transformed into timeless holiday treasures.
A trove of enchanting supplies awaits: rich paints and paint markers, twinkling glitter, and a sprinkle of whimsical Dresden stars from Heather’s personal collection for that perfect touch of old-world charm. As you create, we’ll be serving warm Curiosa teas to sip and savour, wrapping the room in cozy winter calm.
Think of it as a gentle pause from the rush of December - a chance to celebrate the holidays with good company, a steaming cup, and the joy of making something beautiful by hand. Step into the warmth, settle in, and leave with ornaments as unique and magical as the season itself.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all our facilitators carefully prepare in advance for each event, whether it’s gathering materials, setting up special activities, or creating a memorable experience. For this reason, once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend up to 24 hours before the event. Just call us at (647) 341-0394 or send an email to oracle@curiosasociety.com with the new participant’s name, phone number, and email address, and we’ll take care of the rest.
