Canada Post Service Modification
Due to high holiday volumes, Canada Post's performance guarantee for Priority™, Xpresspost™, and Expedited Parcel™ items shipped from November 11, 2019 through January 12, 2020. Claims will only be considered if the item is delivered two or more days after the published delivery standards.
When will my order ship?
With the extensive range of curiosities that we carry, we endeavour to get your order processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. In the very rare event that we run out of something included in your order, you will be contacted and issued a full refund for that product(s) when your order ships.
International Orders – Customs Charges:
Import duties, taxes and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your shipping cost. These are calculated by customs as your shipment enters its destination country and are completely beyond our control. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing.
Shipping Cost Considerations:
All shipping costs are automatically calculated by our shipping partners and Curiosa reserves the right to re-quote shipping costs if we discover the actual fees vary considerably from those calculated at checkout. You will be notified of any cost changes and have to ability to approve them before your order is shipped.
Lost Owl Deliveries:
Due to the nature of Owl Post, incorrect delivery is almost impossible as navigation and security enchantments compel the owl to only release their payload to the correct addressee.
Final Sale Items
Due to the fragile nature of our MinaLima prints, we, unfortunately, do not accept any returns or exchanges on these items, please keep this in mind when purchasing. In addition, all posters, books, earrings and discounted items are also final sale.
You may return most (see exceptions above) items provided they are unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them, within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the item (shipping is non-refundable). We will happily pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of an error on our part (you receive an incorrect or defective product). Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your order back to us, however, in many cases it will be quicker than that. This estimation includes transit time for the package to reach us, the time it takes for us to process the return and the time it takes for your bank to process your refund.

Can I return online orders to Curiosa on Queen St. West?
Please note, we cannot process returns for online orders at our Queen Street shop as our online warehouse is located offsite and maintains a separate inventory. If you would like to drop off a return, we can happily accept it at the shop and will forward it to our warehouse, at which point, we will then process your return.
