Nimbus 2000 Broomstick Slider Charm

The Nimbus 2000 was produced by the Nimbus Racing Broom Company as part of their successful line of racing brooms. Harry Potter received one from Minerva McGonagall when he joined the Gryffindor Quidditch team as the new Seeker. He owned it for two years until the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff Quidditch match in November 1993, where Harry fell off the broom when dementors appeared on the pitch and it struck the Whomping Willow, splintering into pieces.
