When will my order ship?
With our extensive range of curiosities that we carry, we endeavour to get your order processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. In the very rare event that we run out of something included in your order, you will be contacted and issued a full refund for that product(s) when your order ships.
International Orders – Customs Charges:
Import duties, taxes and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your shipping cost. These are calculated by customs as your shipment enters its destination country and are completely beyond our control. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing.
Shipping Cost Considerations:
All shipping costs are automatically calculated by our shipping partners and Curiosa reserves the right to re-quote shipping costs if we discover the actual fees vary considerably from those calculated at checkout. You will be notified of any cost changes and have to ability to approve them before your order is shipped.
Do you ship via Owl Post?
Delivery by owl is our most complex shipping method, as it involves reaching out to our off-site aviculturist who has to arrange the proper tracking spells and protection enchantments for the delivery. This means that delivery by owl often results in longer wait times between placing and receiving your order. We are unable to properly house and care for any owls on site, therefore we only suggest choosing this shipping method if none of our other delivery methods will suffice. However, we will default to this shipping method if no delivery service was chosen upon checkout since, even though it may have protracted wait times, it is also the most secure method of transport, as the owls will only deliver to the addressed recipient.
