Shipping Update for Our U.S. Customers

As of August 29th, the U.S. government has removed the de minimis exemption of $800 on goods entering the country. This means that all shipments to the United States, no matter the value, may now be subject to additional import taxes and fees upon arrival.

These charges can be unexpectedly high, and the last thing we want is for our customers to be faced with surprise costs. If a parcel is refused, we not only lose the shipping fee already paid, but we are also charged to have it returned to us. As a small shop, we simply cannot absorb these expenses.

Because of this, we have made the difficult decision to pause shipping to the United States for the time being.

We truly appreciate our American customers and regret the inconvenience this may cause. We will continue to monitor the situation and revisit our decision as things change.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
